Terry Moser - President and Founder, Terry’s Goal is to create a high performance construction system for on-site installations for the same costs as conventional ways of building.

Terry has been involved in design, general contracting and project management and remodeling for many years. He brings with him a wealth of construction knowledge. Designing and building energy efficient homes has been Terry’s passion for more than 30 years.

Terry has worked with clients from Alberta, Pacific West BC, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories as well as from Mexico and Bahamas. Clients worldwide receive a high level of personal attention, swift turnarounds, and have the opportunity to participate fully in the evolution of their home design and construction.

Projects have varied in size from tiny cabins of less than 500 square feet to custom homes of up to 7500 square feet. Regardless of the scale of the project, the focus remains on the clients, their needs, their budgets and their dreams.

Greenlife Homes is based in Airdrie, Alberta, Canada. Since 2001, Terry Moser has offered custom residential design and building services— building new homes, remodelling existing houses and light commercial construction.
